Pizzeria & Wine Bar - Born in the Bronx and raised in Carmel, New York, Joe Carlucci began his career in the pizza industry at the young age of 15. Soon after in the year 2000, Joe met fourteen-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, who has mentored Joe for over 20 years, helping him become one of the pioneers in the pizza industry. Joe is one of the founders of the World Pizza Champions organization, which currently contains over 200 members. Carlucci is the 2023 Pizza Maker of the Year, 2023 International Pizza Expo Winner of Best Non-Traditional Style Pizza in the World.
