About Us

FCA Properties, Inc. (FCA) was established in 1992 as a wholly owned subsidiary of COLSA Corporation. Headquartered in Huntsville, Ala., FCA was originally organized for the purpose of managing all corporate owned real estate. Since its inception, it has grown into a diversified real estate company specializing in real estate development, property management, and commercial facilities maintenance.

FCA’s current portfolio includes approximately 283,000 square feet of first class commercial office space located in Cummings Research Park and West Park in Huntsville, Ala.
