About Us

I am a stress reduction specialist who can support people in hospitals, universities, non-profits and corporations. My approach is based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a modality that is being taught and practiced all over the world to help people live better with the inevitable pain and strain in life and increase their energy, productivity, happiness and resilience. I offer series of classes one-on-one, with small or large groups in-person or via video conferencing.
