Mauldin & Jenkins Recognized as a 2025 Best Company to Work For in Alabama

Leading accounting and advisory firm, Mauldin & Jenkins, is honored to announce it has been named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama for 2025. This annual program, now in its 14th year, is a distinguished recognition created by Business Alabama magazine and Best Companies Group.

The survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama, celebrating those who benefit the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. The exclusive annual list is comprised of 40 outstanding companies.

To be eligible, companies must have an established facility in Alabama, have at least 15 employees in the state, and have been in business for a minimum of one year.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Alabama, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
