About Us
We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic located south side of Hazel Green in front of the Jacobs Landing subdivision. We opened on November 17th, 2003. We also have a wellness clinic for people who want to continue their wellness journey. We are open to the public. We see a variety of clinics for post-surgery rehab, sports conditioning, generalized weakness, balance, vertigo, and more.
