HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — April 20, 2026 — True40® Studio, a premier boutique fitness destination, is opening its first north Alabama location at The Shoppes of Lendon in Huntsville's Jones Valley. Locally owned and operated by Huntsville residents Olivia and Alex Davis, True40® Huntsville marks the brand's continued expansion across Alabama since its founding in Auburn in 2016. True40® is a community for movement, offering a workout that combines principles of strength training, cardio, barre, Pilates, and yoga in a welcoming, empowering environment.
True40® Huntsville will celebrate its opening with a free week of classes from Friday, May 22 through Thursday, May 28, inviting the Huntsville community to experience the True40® method at no cost. A Grand Opening Celebration will follow on Friday, May 29, featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. and a Grand Opening Party from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. with light refreshments, local vendors, music, and giveaways.
A limited-availability founding membership is also being offered for Huntsville's earliest supporters: $160 per month for unlimited classes for life, as long as the membership remains active. Founding members also receive 20% off retail, 15% off childcare, and one guest pass per month. Founding memberships are limited and selling quickly ahead of opening day.
“We moved to Huntsville in 2023, and from the moment we arrived we could feel how this city was growing — not just in population, but in the kind of community people are looking for,” said Olivia Davis, co-owner of True40® Huntsville. “True40® is the community I fell in love with years ago at the Auburn studio, and I knew immediately it belonged here. We can't wait to welcome Huntsville into this haven for movement.”
“Opening True40® in our own city is a dream we've been building toward for years,” added Alex Davis, co-owner of True40® Huntsville. “Our goal is to create a space where every person who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and empowered — whether it's their first class or their five-hundredth.”
The True40® Studio method is a fusion of high-intensity, low-impact strength training inspired by barre, functional resistance training, Pilates, and yoga. Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and offer both optional modifications and optional challenges, making the method accessible across skill levels and safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and injury recovery. At launch, the Huntsville studio will offer True40® Fusion, the brand's 60-minute signature class that combines TRX straps, Pilates balls, barre, light weights, gliders, and yoga straps. Express (50-minute) and Cardio (45-minute) formats will be added as instructors complete certification. On-site childcare and free parking are available.
