Crestwood Medical Center Welcomes Justin Serrano as Chief Executive Officer

HUNTSVILLE, AL — Crestwood Medical Center’s Board of Trustees has announced that Justin Serrano has been named Chief Executive Officer and will begin his new role in Huntsville on December 9, 2024.

Serrano brings more than a decade of healthcare experience to the position. Serrano is currently Chief Executive Officer of Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida. During his tenure at Santa Rosa, Serrano has focused on advancing quality, expanding access to primary care and implementing successful strategies that improved both operational efficiency and patient outcomes. He has been instrumental in strengthening Santa Rosa Medical Center’s cardiac, stroke, and emergency care services, including achieving Level 1 Adult Cardiovascular Service licensure.

Serrano holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
