SBDC: ISO 9000 - How to Manage Electronically

This course will provide a brief description of the requirements for ISO 9000 and the necessity to track all the changes to SOWs, contracts, work descriptions, CAPAs, etc. Then a presentation of managing this process manually through paper or email and file shares vs. using a Quality Management Software system that automates the management and tracking of all of the ISO 9000 requirements. This includes all the workflows, document control, electronic signatures needed for complete electronic control.
