Joe, who was born and raised in New York, wanted to keep his heritage alive by teaching his daughter the family recipes.

At an early age, Valentina displayed a strong passion for cooking and making pizza in her dad's restaurants. She was always eager to learn and take after her dad's footsteps. The experience at Valentina's will continue on with a new twist and passion for food. Love will be the secret ingredient!
