Lamb is a recognized community leader with an extensive background in tenant representation, property acquisition, and investment strategy. She has managed portfolios worth over $30 million and worked with notable clients such as Teledyne Brown Engineering, Blue Bell Ice Cream, and Dynetics/Leidos. Her current leadership role at KW Commercial in Huntsville reflects her continued commitment to excellence in commercial real estate.

In addition to her business achievements, Lamb brings years of experience in nonprofit leadership. As the former CEO of CASA of Northeast Arkansas, she doubled the organization's capacity and was named a finalist for High Impact Non-Profit of the Year. She has led successful fundraising efforts across the U.S. and Malaysia and held key leadership positions with organizations such as the Association of British Women in Malaysia and served as Chair of Huntsville’s prestigious Committee of 100.
