Ribbon Cutting: Golden Corral
Golden Corral Buffet & Grill proudly announces that its newest restaurant, located at 4990 University Drive in Huntsville, AL will have a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 10 am. Please come out and welcome Golden Corral to our community.
The new Huntsville Golden Corral is approximately 13,000 square feet in size and will seat 442 guests. The opening of the new Huntsville Golden Corral brings over 100 new jobs to the community.
The Huntsville Golden Corral offers home-style buffet favorites (such as pot roast, fried chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables), as well as a variety of international tastes and flavors including Asian dishes that are served on its Wok buffet, Italian dishes that are served on its Piazza buffet, and Mexican dishes that are served on its Hacienda buffet. In addition, a variety of seafood dishes are served on its Lighthouse Seafood Bay buffet. And… Sirloin steak filets are served as a part of the daily dinner menu.
A star attraction of the new Huntsville Golden Corral is its new Mongolian Grill, where guests may create a customized stir-fry meal. Guests may choose from a variety of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and spices and their selections are cooked-to-order, just for them.
The new Huntsville Golden Corral also showcases a premium Dessert Buffet, including freshly-spun cotton candy, hand-dipped ice cream, and a chocolate fountain that flows all day, every day.
Besides its lunch and dinner buffets (which feature more than 100 hot and cold food items), the new Huntsville Golden Corral serves a Sunrise Breakfast Buffet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Hours of operation for the new Huntsville Golden Corral are:
• Monday – Thursday, 10:45 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Friday - Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Lunch is served Monday – Thursday from 10:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Dinner is served Monday – Saturday from 4 p.m. – close, and on Sunday from 11 a.m. – close.
As a complement to its every day family dining offering, the restaurant also has banquet facilities that are available free of charge for groups and organizations in the area that choose to dine at Golden Corral.
And… Seniors who are ages 60 and over can enjoy Golden Corral’s Senior Early Bird Buffet—and a free beverage of their choice!—every Monday – Friday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. for only $7.59. Additional Senior discounts apply for other meal periods.
The new Huntsville, NC, Golden Corral is operated by General Manager, Toby Hudson, a veteran of the Golden Corral Operations system. He will be supported by Kitchen Managers, Joe Leach and Ken Joyce, and Hospitality Managers, Anita Seay and Nancy Weldenbeck.
As part of our Grand Opening celebration the Huntsville Golden Corral will be raising contributions and awareness for local Chapter 26 of the Disabled American Veterans organization. Golden Corral has partnered with the DAV for the past 14 years to celebrate our nation’s heroes.
