2026 Washington DC Trip

The Chamber's annual DC Trip is an excellent opportunity for business and community leaders to stay in touch with key national leaders. The trip offers great opportunities to interact with our Congressional Delegation and key federal agency leaders to advance the critical issues in the Chamber's Federal Agenda.

This trip is recognized as one of the most successful Chamber-hosted fly-ins in the country and featured 200 attendees on our last trip! Our itinerary includes two days of meetings, briefings, lunches, and receptions with members of Congress, NASA, military leaders, and other federal leaders.

Hotel and travel expenses are not included.

Sunday, April 19
Noon – 4 p.m.: Registration package pick-up at the Sonesta Work Suite (host hotel, lobby level)
5 – 7 p.m.: Welcome Reception – Sapphire Room (rooftop at the host hotel)
 
Monday, April 20
8 – 9:15 a.m.: Breakfast Program & Opening Keynote
9:30 – 11:45 a.m.: Briefings & Presentations
Noon – 1:30 p.m.: Networking Lunch & Keynote
2:30 – 4 p.m.: Optional activities (see below)
6 – 8 p.m.: Congressional Reception
 
Tuesday, April 21
8:30 – 10 a.m.: Breakfast & Meetings with members of Congress
10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.: Group Photo at the Capitol 
11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Meetings with Alabama Congressional Delegation and others
Noon – 1 p.m.: Lunch with members of Congress
