MEMBER EVENT: Ladies Night Out: Finding a Balance between Caregiving & Career

Part of a series for adult children with aging parents...

We will be treated to a presentation by Samantha Brinkley with Rocket City HR.  She will help us find a balance between caregiving and career. Through time management tips, explanation of benefits that might be available through your employer and strategies to talk with your supervisor about your situation, Samantha will help all of us find balance in our lives. 

Additionally, Lori Peek, a Physical Therapist at Brookdale Place Jones Farm, will talk to us about the benefits of stretching to de-stress!  She will demonstrate stretches that are effective and easy to do anywhere, even in the office.

Our overwhelming responsibilities take a toll on our bodies!  We are excited to help you let loose and get some relief.
