MEMBER EVENT: 2026 Silent No More Gala
Join Invisible Warriors at the Silent No More Gala where we'll be elevating the visibility of women who have served in the military, recognizing and appreciating the service they have rendered since Revolutionary War days.

- Dancing to the Twickenham Jazz Band will follow the formalities
KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Former Captain Lesley-Anne Crumpton served for eight years on active duty with the US Army as a Military Police Officer. She served one tour in Afghanistan with Joint Special Operations Command in 2012-13. CPT Crumpton assisted with integrating women into the US Army Ranger School for the first time in history in 2015. She completed her time in service as a Company Commander with 502nd Military Police Battalion, Criminal Investigation Command in 2018.
CPT Crumpton grew up in Madison, AL, and graduated from Bob Jones High School and received her bachelor’s from UAHuntsville in Political Science and her MA in Public Affairs and Policy. She also graduated with an MA in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University.
CPT Crumpton currently works for Polaris Industries as a Security Specialist and works closely with local law enforcement. She enjoys riding her Indian motorcycle and serving at Decatur Baptist Church in the choir.
Women Veterans Recognition Day, observed annually on June 12, honors the contributions of female veterans, often seen as "Invisible Warriors."
