Provisional Billing Rates
This seminar will provide an overview of provisional billing rates (PBR). The purpose of PBR’s will be discussed along with the procedures for establishing the rates. Attendees will learn when the PBR’s should be submitted and the types of information that should be included in the PBR proposal. The importance of billing rate monitoring will be emphasized along with common deficiencies that can occur when utilizing provisional rates. The presentation will also cover example procedures that DCAA may perform when reviewing the rates.
Incurred Cost Submissions
The presentation also will provide an overview of the requirements for submitting annual incurred cost submissions to the Government. Training will focus on the due date requirements for the annual submission and what constitutes a delinquent submission. Participants will learn about the DCAA Incurred Cost Adequacy review process and the required schedules to be included within the incurred cost submission. The DCAA Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) model that provides contractors with a standard user-friendly electronic package to assist in preparing timely and adequate incurred cost submissions will be covered as well. It also will cover common deficiencies that may be identified within the incurred cost submissions.
