2025 WBC Luncheon: The Balancing Act – Work. Home. Repeat.
The Balancing Act – Work. Home. Repeat.
Lunch & Conversation for Women Leaders
Join us for a candid and empowering lunchtime conversation celebrating National Women’s Small Business Month—a time to honor the strength, resilience, and impact of women entrepreneurs and leaders.
This special event is designed for women who are navigating the demands of leading at work, at home, and in their communities. Whether you're running a business, managing a team, or supporting others, the pressure to “do it all” can feel relentless—and is rarely sustainable.
The panel will feature local women leaders who will share personal stories, challenges, and strategies for maintaining balance in the face of competing responsibilities. This event will help attendees understand the importance of understanding how wellness, through balance, creates the foundation for building sustainable habits and support systems for work-life integration.
Let’s come together to learn, reflect, and support one another during this meaningful month of recognition. You’ll leave with renewed energy, actionable insights, and a stronger network of women walking a similar path.
