2025 AI Use Policy: Does my organization need one?

In today’s fast-changing tech landscape, AI is being adopted by organizations of every size – but with opportunity comes responsibility. This session will explore why every small business and nonprofit should consider an AI use policy, what such a policy should include, and how to right-size it for your organization.

Attendees will first hear from an expert on the essentials – covering why it’s needed, what to include, and the do’s and don’ts of implementation. Then, leaders from three different organizations (small businesses and nonprofits) will share their real-world experiences creating and rolling out their own AI use policies. The session will close with an interactive Q&A, giving participants practical insights and tools to confidently establish guidelines that protect their business while embracing innovation.
