2023 Lunch & Learn: Be Mindful & Reduce Your Stress at Work (virtual)
Even on the best days, stress can prevent us from being fully focused and doing our best work. And too much of it can lead to burnout, disengagement, more sick days, and strained relationships in the workplace.
Grab your lunch, your headphones, and plan to join us for a virtual lunch and learn with Tom Fandre, owner of Club Mindful Huntsville. At Club Mindful, Stress Reduction specialists teach, coach and train individuals and teams to reduce stress and build resilience as they manage life’s inevitable ups and downs. During this lunch and learn, he will share with us some scientifically proven tools and techniques that you can use to reduce toxic stress at work.
