At Club Mindful\, Stress Reduction specialists teach\, coach and train individuals and teams to reduce stress and build resilience as they manage life's inevitable ups and downs. During this lunch and learn\, he will share with us some scientifically proven tools and techniques that you can use to reduce toxic stress at work.    \n\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\n\n\nTom Fandre\, owner\n\nClub Mindful Huntsville\n\n \n\nTom Fandre has taught stress-reduction through mindfulness in many sectors of society for more than seven years. He has taught nurses and patients at Stanford Hospital's Cancer Center South Bay\, the Los Gatos Saratoga Adult Recreation Department\, universities\, nonprofits\, and corporations. He also has private clients.\n\n\n\nHaving moved to Huntsville in 2022\, Fandre is offering these teachings to local companies\, healthcare facilities\, schools\, and nonprofits (basically anywhere there are people grappling with stress and looking for tools for better living). He is a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Professional Teacher Training Program (A.R.T. Mindful Programs)\, The Practicum in Mind-Body Medicine through he UMass Center for Mindfulness and the Applied Compassion Training with the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research & Education (CCARE) at Stanford University. His personal meditation practice\, years of teaching and meeting the inevitable ups and downs of life\, regularly inform his teachings. Fandre's passionate about sharing these powerful tools and practices that are scientifically proven to help people live with greater ease\, wisdom and joy.
