Rebecca (Becky) Tipton is an HR Business Advisor at Rocket City HR Consulting, LLC. She graduated from Athens State University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources Management. She is designated as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). Tipton has over 10 years of professional experience in HR Management and Talent Acquisition. She has experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS), business strategy, and process development. At Rocket City HR Consulting, Tipton serves as an HR Business Advisor, developing and implementing effective business strategies, programs, and practices. She has a keen eye for linking employee development to organizational goals and is a master at HR technology. Tipton is originally from a small college town in central Illinois and moved to Huntsville, AL in 2004. Her interests include volunteering, reading, participating in nearly any type of arts and crafts, and spending time spoiling her three cats: Buddy, Loki, and Captain Skittles.
