2020 Updates to FMLA in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
Event Sponsors
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to unprecedented times for organizations as well as families. In response, the federal government has passed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
As a result, many organizations are unsure of what FFCRA means for them, how and when FMLA and FFCRA leave applies, and how furloughs or layoffs impact eligibility.
This workshop will cover the major updates from the FFCRA and will answer some frequently asked questions businesses are asking related to this topic.
