2020 Rethinking Success: Leading Your Team in a Rapidly Changing Environment

Change is multifaceted, complex, and continuous. Leading an organization in the 21st century is enormously complex, difficult to understand, and even more difficult to manage. To attain success, effective managers must have a strong knowledge of the people in the organization and the tasks they perform. They must also have the skills to use that knowledge in tactical and strategic ways. Leading complex, continuous change is achievable; however, it requires a level of rigor which may be beyond your organization's pattern.
