2020 Data Analytics for Businesses: Using Data to Chart Your Firm's Pathway
Data analytics is the science of analyzing raw data in order to make conclusions about that information. Many of the techniques and processes of data analytics have been automated into mechanical processes and algorithms that brings meaning to raw data for decision making. Data analytics techniques can reveal trends and metrics by turning raw data into information for purposeful use. This information can then be used for making decisions that optimize processes to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of a business or system.
A company can also use data analytics to make better business decisions and help analyze customer trends and satisfaction, which can lead to new—and better—products and services.
