ServisFirst Bank Huntsville Announces New Headquarters

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is pleased to announce the construction of its new Huntsville headquarters, further solidifying the Bank’s growing presence in one of Alabama’s most dynamic markets.
 
Located at 515 Meridian Street N. in Downtown Huntsville, the new four-story, 25,000-square-foot facility is designed to support modern, relationship-driven banking while honoring the character of the surrounding historic district. The building will accommodate approximately 50 banking professionals and feature premium office space, a large community room, flexible meeting areas, and a 1,200-square-foot covered rooftop patio with views of Huntsville’s historic downtown and Monte Sano Mountain.

The project is being built by Fite Building Company, with design by Matheny Goldmon Architecture + Interiors. Additional project partners include SSOE Group, PEC Structural Engineering, Schoel, and GTEC. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed in 2027.
 
ServisFirst Bank currently operates two locations in Huntsville, at 401 Meridian Street, Suite 100 and 1267 Enterprise Way, Suite A.
