HAPPI Health Opens Construction Bid Process for New Cavalry Hill Clinic
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — HAPPI Health is taking the next step toward bringing affordable, high-quality healthcare directly into Huntsville's Northwoods community by officially opening the construction bid process for the new Cavalry Hill Primary Care Clinic.
The clinic, which will be located within the Cavalry Hill community, is designed to improve healthcare access for residents by providing comprehensive primary care services in a convenient neighborhood location.
The new Cavalry Hill Primary Care Clinic will serve more than 1,000 residents living in Huntsville's Northwoods public housing community, providing convenient access to affordable, high-quality healthcare services where they are needed most. The clinic is expected to significantly reduce barriers to care and improve health outcomes for generations to come.
Qualified contractors are now invited to review project specifications and submit bids for the clinic's interior build-out. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. CT on Friday, July 10, 2026. Bid documents, submission requirements, and project details are available through HAPPI Health's website.
The announcement comes on the heels of HAPPI Health's successful fundraising efforts to support the project, including The Longest Drive fundraiser held earlier this month.

The Cavalry Hill clinic represents a major investment in community health and will help reduce barriers to care for residents by bringing healthcare services directly into one of Huntsville's most underserved neighborhoods.
