Gone for Good hosts Community Shred Day with Huntsville/Madison County Chamber

Huntsville, AL – In recognition of America Recycles Day, Gone for Good and the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber are partnering to host a free Community Shred Day for local residents and businesses on Friday, Nov. 14 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Huntsville/Madison County Chamber. This drive-through event will offer secure document shredding and e-waste collection to help protect against identity theft while promoting responsible recycling.

More Details:

  • Document Shredding: Limit of 3 kitchen-size bags or 3 banker’s boxes per vehicle. Staples and paper clips are fine; please remove binders and plastic materials.
  • E-Waste Recycling: Accepting small electronics including hard drives, laptops, and desktop computers. (No TVs, CRT monitors, or appliances.)
  • Cost: FREE and open to the public. No appointment required.

Huntsville/Madison County Chamber is located at 225 Church Street NW, Huntsville, AL (Use the Church Street entrance)
