Family Medicine/Obstetrics Physician Joins Crestwood Medical Group

Crestwood Medical Group is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Pamela Angelo, a board-certified Family Medicine and Obstetrics (FMOB) specialist, to our team. Dr. Angelo will practice at Family Health and Wellness. The clinic is located at 4800 Whitesport Drive in Huntsville, AL.

Dr. Angelo brings a comprehensive approach to family medicine, women’s health, and obstetric care to the Huntsville community. She provides a full range of healthcare services, including:

• Comprehensive Family Medicine: Offering personalized care for individuals and families of all ages, focusing on preventive health, wellness, and managing chronic conditions.
