What’s in Store?
A Journey into Imagimation is your ticket to exploring the enchanting evolution of animation. With 140 rare and iconic pieces, including original cels, drawings, and models, you'll see the magic behind beloved classics and modern hits. From Winsor McCay’s 1914 trailblazer Gertie the Dinosaur to contemporary favorites like The Simpsons and Toy Story, this exhibit is a visual delight.

The exhibition features beloved characters and scenes from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Fantasia, Mighty Mouse, Tom & Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Jetsons, Mary Poppins, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Little Mermaid, The Simpsons, The Ren and Stimpy Show, The Lion King, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Toy Story, and even memorable commercials and music videos like Paula Abdul’s Opposites Attract.

Nancy and Hal Miles are not just animation historians; they are true lovers of the art form. For the past 50 years, they’ve been on a mission to collect and save these treasures, building one of the largest private collections in the world. Their dedication led them to create the nonprofit Animation Hall of Fame and A Journey into Imagimation traveling exhibit. Come listen to their captivating tales of discovery and preservation.

"We have always had a love for animation art and admiration for the pioneers and artists who created it. From that love came our passion for collecting and saving the works from this wondrous art form. For the past 50 years, individually and together, we have managed to collect and preserve these amazing works; amassing one of the largest private collections in the world. Join us as we discuss the trials and tribulations of finding, identifying, and properly storing and preserving this art form. Our acknowledgment of its creators led us to establish the nonprofit Animation Hall of Fame and A Journey into Imagimation traveling exhibit to share with you highlights of its international history, artists, and artwork." - Nancy and Hal Miles, founders of the Animation Hall of Fame.
