Bradley’s Kimberly B. Martin Honored by Alabama State Bar

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (July 2, 2024) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kimberly B. Martin, a partner in the firm’s Huntsville office, was recognized by the Alabama State Bar (ASB). Ms. Martin was presented with the Susan B. Livingston Award at the ASB’s 2024 Annual Meeting held June 26-29.
 
The Susan B. Livingston Award, presented by the ASB’s Women’s Section, recognizes a woman each year who has demonstrated a continual dedication to mentoring throughout her career while exhibiting a commitment to her community through civic and bar activities. Ms. Martin focuses her practice on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation. She is an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and served two consecutive terms as chair of the Corporate Compliance and Government Enforcement Action Committee. Ms. Martin is also active with the Defense Research Institute and the Alabama State Bar and serves on the Board of the Appleseed Center for Law and Justice.
