Bradley Receives LCLD 2024 Compass Award

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Nov. 4, 2024) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has named the firm a recipient of its 2024 Compass Award for its involvement in LCLD programs and promotion of LCLD’s mission.

“We are very appreciative of LCLD’s recognition as one of its 2024 Compass Award winners,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters. “Bradley is proud of its leadership and commitment to fostering an inclusive legal profession.”

LCLD is comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill four key requirements in a single calendar year:

  • Member (managing partner/general counsel) engagement with LCLD
  • Nomination of an LCLD Fellow
  • Nomination of an LCLD Pathfinder
  • Participation in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program)

This year, Bradley partner Kristina Allen Reliford was selected as a Fellow of the LCLD and Bradley associates Trenton K. Patterson and Sabah Petrov were selected as LCLD Pathfinders.

The LCLD Fellows program provides high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities, and the LCLD Pathfinders program connects high-potential, early-career attorneys with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources during a seven-month professional development program.
