Bradley Adds Intellectual Property Attorney Matthew J. Parker to Huntsville Office
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Aug. 3, 2026) – Bradley has added Matthew J. Parker as counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Huntsville office, expanding the firm’s intellectual property and technology capabilities in one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing cities.

Mr. Parker works with both established and emerging companies in a variety of technology-intensive sectors, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agtech, software, SaaS, healthcare, consumer electronics, gaming, social media, e-commerce, and other online business models. He regularly advises clients on technology licensing, strategic collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, supply and distribution arrangements, and other commercial transactions. Additionally, he assists clients with day-to-day commercial and corporate matters, as well as the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, with particular experience in the life sciences industry.
Before earning his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, Mr. Parker earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in immunology from the University of Florida College of Medicine and his B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. His scientific background provides valuable insight into the complex technical issues facing clients and enhances his ability to help them protect their intellectual property assets and other business interests.
Mr. Parker has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® list since 2021 for his work in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law, and for Patent Law since 2024. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section, as well as the American Bar Association’s Science & Technology Law Section and Section of Intellectual Property Law.
