Florence, AlAlabama Metal Art Nasa Wall Photo Collageabama, April 25, 2025Alabama Metal Art is  proud to announce the successful completion and unveiling of a major project at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama: the newly installed Wall of Honor. This  extraordinary project commemorates the dedication and achievements of countless individuals who have contributed to America’s space exploration legacy.

In close collaboration with the NASA/MSFC Marshall Retirees Association, Alabama Metal Art worked to bring the vision of the Wall of Honor to life. Their efforts focused on thoughtfully organizing and presenting the names in a way that honored each individual, while designing custom panels that visually complemented the structure of the wall — creating a cohesive and meaningful tribute to the many men and women who have shaped NASA’s mission and legacy.

Unveiled during a public ceremony attended by local dignitaries, honorees, and the community, the Wall of Honor serves as a permanent tribute to those who have played pivotal roles in advancing aerospace innovation and exploration. Alabama Metal Art was selected for the project based on the company’s reputation for precision craftsmanship, creative excellence, and high-quality custom metalwork.

“We are incredibly honored to have been part of such a meaningful project,” said Robert Miles, Principal Designer and Production Manager at Alabama Metal Art. “Working alongside the NASA/MSFC Marshall Retirees Association made this project even more special. Their passion and dedication to preserving the legacy of America's space program inspired every detail we crafted.”

The Wall of Honor features artfully crafted, laser-cut stainless-steel panels designed to endure the test of time while capturing the spirit of innovation and exploration that defines the Space Center. Alabama Metal Art’s team worked meticulously to ensure every element honored the strength, vision, and achievements of the Marshall workforce.
