About Us
A nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults in our community live with dignity, independence, and connection. We believe aging should never mean isolation or losing access to the support you need.
Through a range of programs — including Meals, transportation services, social and wellness programs, caregiver support, we work to meet seniors where they are, whether that's in their own homes or within our community spaces. Our services are designed to address the everyday challenges of aging: staying active, staying connected, and staying safe.
