About Us
Avalon Family Care is a family medicine clinic serving patients 2 years old and up. We accept insurance and we also offer a personalized membership medicine program to our patients. This allows Avalon Family Care to serve both patients with health insurance and those who elect to purchase memberships to cover their routine healthcare.
We are currently accepting new patients and offering curbside COVID-19 testing at our office in Madison!
