VIPcare provides preventative and chronic-care management for 65+ senior communities that goes above and beyond, offering services, such as more time with the physician at every appointment (about 45 min-1hr), in-clinic lab/bloodwork and same/next-day urgent care appointment availability. VIPcare accepts patients with both traditional Medicare as well as those with Medicare Advantage plans.Utilizing a value-based care model produces lower rates of hospital stays, emergency department visits, and 30-day readmissions for beneficiaries as compared to Traditional Medicare health models.
