About Us

Thrive Alabama offers adult primary healthcare and pediatrics at our Huntsville health center. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, and private insurance. Eligible patients can receive service at a reduced cost based on a sliding fee scale. We also provide case management, nutrition counseling, interpretation services, and so much more. Thrive Alabama provides compassionate, respectful care to all people including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
