About Us

Taylor Electric was founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1972 out of the need for an electric utility construction and maintenance contractor that could serve the needs of the North Alabama area. We are proud to share that Taylor Electric is in its second generation of ownership.

Since the founding, Taylor Electric has become an experienced leader in high-voltage construction, maintenance, and storm response throughout the southeastern United States. We are a fully licensed and bonded electrical contractor in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
