South Hampton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a skilled care nursing facility with 81 beds. We have are committed to providing therapeutic rehabilitation services and exceptional care for the community we serve. We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation services and are both Medicaid and Medicare certified. We believe Relationships of Care with our residents begin by providing the highest quality of care in all aspects, including medically, socially, mentally, and spiritually.
We also offer career opportunities to our community with Nurse Aide Training and Nursing Scholarship Programs.
