Salon Allure is a Redken Elite Salon. Michelle and Paula began this journey in 2004 with a dream of operating an outstanding salon. Now, Salon Allure works to build on its achievements by building up and training the next generation of professionals. Michelle and Paula believe their job is to hire new talent and give them the best shot at a great future. This is done through extensive training and education of Salon Allure’s professionals, both in the technical and business aspect of the industry.
