This signature steak is made with 40 ounces of USDA Prime Beef, cooking specifically to your taste in our 1800 degree broiler. The perfect savory complement to one of our signature sizzling steak are the Potatoes au Gratin. This classic side dish features layers of sliced Idaho potatoes in a creamy three cheese sauce.
