About Us
North Alabama Educators Credit Union was established in 1955 to serve employees of the local educational community. Office operations began in Huntsville, Alabama and have expanded over the years to include a branch location in Athens. The credit union now serves over 10,600 members and has accumulated over $109 Million in total assets.
North Alabama Educators Credit Union follows the philosophy of “Not for Profit, not for Charity, but for Service.” The credit union exists for the sole purpose of serving the financial needs of our membership.
