About Us
Dr. Brooke Uptagrafft is the Medical Director of Innova Primary Care. She is assisted by her four Nurse Practitioners Robin Erwin, Angie Hart, Amy Pittman and Kelley Rogers. The providers at Innova specialize in family medicine/primary care and enjoy taking care of children, adolescents and adults. At Innova Primary Care we are here to make your world better.
