North AlabamaWorks is a non-profit organization established to do the work of Region 1, a 13-county (Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Morgan, and Winston Counties) workforce region.
