About Us

COVENANT PROPERTIES, Inc. is a full service real estate firm offering brokerage, management and investment services. Krista Campbell, M. Ed., principal, began a real estate career after several years of teaching mathematics. Her work started in residential home sales but quickly advanced to private lot sales for exclusive upper-end homes.

After some development projects in Birmingham, she moved to Huntsville and began to focus in commercial real estate with Storie Enterprises. She formed Covenant Properties in 2002 to provide specialized individualized services to specific clients.
