About Us
The organization is best-known for the Shriners Hospitals for Children they administer and the red fezzes that members wear. Shriners International describes itself as a fraternity based on fun, fellowship and the Masonic principles of brotherly love, relief, and truth. Cahaba Shriners, located in Huntsville, AL, was established in 1970 and encompasses boundaries within 10 northern counties of Alabama: The Shrine's charity is the Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of twenty-two hospitals, dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing pediatric specialty care.
