North Alabama Veterinary Orthopedics (NAVO) is a practice dedicated to managing orthopedic diseases and associated conditions exclusively. This has enabled us to focus on a narrow spectrum of conditions and treat these conditions well.

Dr. Pearlman is a veterinarian serving exclusively as an orthopedic care provider for patients across north Alabama. He works daily to treat conditions affecting the knee (cranial cruciate/ACL tears), the hip and all fractures affecting long bones and more on a case-by-case basis.

NAVO believes strongly that good communication along with an individual treatment plan for every patient maximizes patient outcomes. All patients and pet parents will receive adequate consultation and may freely receive further consultation/counseling regarding their pet's surgery at any time. We understand that this is challenging for both pet parents and pets, and we are on your team from the initial consult to the resolution.
