MEMBER EVENT: Southeast YMCA Health & Wellness Fair
Join us for the 13th Annual Health and Wellness Fair at the Southeast Family YMCA. It is FREE and open to the public! You can participate in ZUMBA, Spin, Bodypump, Bodyattack and yoga. A Cooking Light demonstration plus more than 60 vendors will be onsite, including FREE health screenings.
