The 12th annual Social Work Distance Education Virtual Conference is hosted by: The University of Alabama School of Social Work. This year’s there is “Navigating Complex Times: Opportunities and Challenges for Distance Education.”
The collective work of social work researchers, educators, practitioners and advocates foster a comprehensive approach to solving today’s social challenges. These collaborations generate valuable insights into how social work empowers vulnerable populations and drives systemic change.
This virtual conference will explore how experts in these fields can leverage online environments to tackle evolving challenges in research, teaching, practice and policy, with a focus on promoting anti-oppressive practices and services for individuals, families and communities.
