The early years of Redstone Arsenal were both traumatic and triumphant, from threat of closure to footsteps on the Moon. The Arsenal was the major supplier of munitions during WWII for the country, a leader in the development of ballistic missiles, and the driving force for man’s greatest space ventures.
We shall trace some of the important events of that history and encourage reports of first-hand experiences from the audience.
