MEMBER EVENT: NAITA Conversation on Trade

The North Alabama International Trade Association (NAITA) and Presenting Sponsor Port of Huntsville will host the 2019 NAITA Conversation on Trade featuring a presentation by Senator Doug Jones focusing on the impact of trade on North Alabama. This is an opportunity to advocate for positive trade policy and to educate our regional business community and our local elected officials on significant trade-related issues and their impact. Topics of discussion include the status of current issues such as: U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), Section 232 auto tariffs, U.S. China trade talks, and the impact of Brexit. The event also allows business leaders to share their thoughts and insights on current trade issues in an open discussion forum with our elected officials.
